stock-exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and published on the websites of the

S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) after approval by the Board of Directors of Terna S.p.A. at its meeting
on 15 March 2017:
- 2016 Annual Financial Report, including Terna S.p.A.'s draft financial statements and the
Terna Group's consolidated financial statements, accompanied by the Integrated Report
from Terna S.p.A.'s separate financial statements and from the consolidated financial
statements at 31 December 2016 together with the further documentation pursuant to Art.
154 ter, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998
(Consolidated Law on Finance)
- Annual Report on Corporate Governance and the ownership structure
as well as
- the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Independent Auditing Company.
These documents are also filed and available to the public - together with information relating to
subsidiaries and associates required by law - at the registered office.
Pursuant to Art. 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance, the Terna S.p.A. Annual
Remuneration Report, approved by Terna S.p.A.'s Board of Directors at its meeting on 15 March
2017, has also been published via the same channels and filed at the Company head office and at
the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
