This is to inform that the following have been deposited for consultation by the public at the Company's headoffice:

- the Interim report as of September 30, 2015 (required by Article 154ter, par. 5, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of February 24, 1998) approved by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. in its meeting of November 11, 2015, and not subject to audit by the auditing company. This document has been published on the Company's website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism '1Info' (www.info.it), and has also been filed with the market management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it);

- the accounting statement and the report on the basis of which the Board of Directors meeting of Terna S.p.A. on November 11, 2015 approved the distribution of the interim dividend for the year 2015 and the related opinion of the Auditing Company. These documents can also be consulted at the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
