Ternium S.A. joins Worldsteel in the development of the plan called "Steel Safety Day", aligned with the International Safety Day celebrated by the International Labour Organization on April 28th, each year.

Steel Safety Day has been set up to reinforce awareness of the five most common causes of serious safety incidents and to create a safer working environment. These five causes are: Moving machinery, falling from heights, falling objects, gas and asphyxiation, and overhead cranes.
