The Company was notified on 12 June 2012 of the following purchase by a Director:

Jon Austen, Group Finance Director:

On 12 June 2012, 60,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company.

The purchase price was 9.75 pence per share and the shares were purchased by his SIPP.

Following this transaction, Jon Austen is deemed to have total beneficial interests of 440,000 shares, representing 0.21% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
