Terumo Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Terumo") announced that the status of acquisition of its own shares pursuant to Article 156 of the Corporate Law whose wording of the phrase was changed pursuant to item 3 of Article 165 of the same law, that was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 4, 2016. Details are noted below.
