Head Office Bu ild ing, No. 89 Vi bhavad i Rangsit Road , Khwaeng Jompol , Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok. The meeting has passed a resolution to appoint mem bers of the Aud it Comm ittee as follows:

1. Air Chief Marshal Joh m Rungswang Chairman of the Aud it Committee

2. Mr. Rathapol Bhakd ibh umi Mem ber of the Aud it Committee

   (who has knowledge and experience in reviewi ng rel iability of financial statements)

3. Mr. Somkiat Sirichatchai Member of the Aud it Committee (who has knowledge and experience in reviewi ng rel iability of financial statements)
