Thai Airways International Publ ic Company Limited ("the Com pany") held the 2016 An nual General Meeting of the Shareholders on Friday, 22 April 2016 at 13.30 hours at the Air Force Convention Hall. The minutes of the AGM meeting is now completed and pu blished on the Company's website at www.thaiairways.com. Shareholders and interested investors can down load the minutes starting from now onwards.

In this regard , shou ld there be any questions or comments from shareholders, they may do so within 30 days by contacting the Corporate Secretariat Department at emai l : corp.secretary@thaiairways.com or 02-545-1 121.

This is in accordance with Chairman 's statement i n the 201 6 AGM on Friday,

22 Apri l 2016 that "the Company will post the Minutes of 2016 AGM on the Company 's website and wi ll inform shareholders through the Stock Exchange of Thai land within 14 days from the date of the AGM . The Company is open for any questions or comments on the M inutes with in 30 days from the date of pu blication. Thus, there wil l be no Agenda to Consider and Approve the Mi nutes of the 201 6 AGM in the next meeting."
