According to the Thai Airways International Plc (THAI), one of state enterprise under the supervision of the State Enterprise Policy Committees, informs the Committees about THAI's operation statistical data of the first quarter of 2016 on April 20, 2016 and urges statistical information relating to operation of the first quarter of 2016 which are better developed. This is consistent with the increasing amount of tourists resulting the increase of Cabin factor from the previous year by 3% from 75% to 78%. In addition to a positive factor due to the decreasing fuel expense resulting from the risk management such as fuel hedging which rendered at the level of around 50% in 2016 and operated partially this year. Moreover, the implementation of a commercial plan in line with the promotion policies by the Tourism Ministry and Sports aim to invite arrival tourists into this region to stop over Thailand. THAI also plans to enhance the overall hotel rates in Bangkok as part of a plan. However, in comparison with the financial targets, THAI's performance is still below the target level by 1.3%. The primarily estimated total revenues, THB 48,000 million, is in the process of closing our first quarter of 2016 financial statements with the company's financial auditor. Finally, for the issue the unidentified sources news of THB 500 million profit, THAI has never disclosed this information to public.
