THAI's Board of Directors i n its meeting no. 4/2016 on 20 Apri l 2016 has a resol ution to appoint 3 mem bers of Board of Di rector namely Mr. Weerawong Chittmittrapap , Mr. Somkiat Sirichatchai and M r. Rathapol Bhakd ibhum i to be Independent Di rectors and Aud it Com m ittee mem bers subject to sharehold ers in the An nual Genera l Meeting approve them as Director on 22 Apri l 2016.
