Invitation to 2016 Annual Information Meeting for Shareholders in Singapore

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("ThaiBev") cordially invites its shareholders to attend the 2016 Annual Information Meeting for Shareholders in Singapore ("Information Meeting").

This Information Meeting is an event organised by ThaiBev to provide an opportunity for its shareholders to meet with key directors and management. During the Information Meeting, a brief presentation will be delivered to provide shareholders with more insights into and updates on ThaiBev's business. Shareholders will also be able to participate in a question and answer session with our key directors and management. Furthermore, the presentation during the Information Meeting will also be made available to all shareholders through SGXNET and ThaiBev's website after the Information Meeting. As this is an informal meeting, please note that no resolutions will be considered.

Please note that depositors whose securities accounts with Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. and The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ThaiBev shares as at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on May 16, 2016 are eligible to attend the Information Meeting. Shareholders who hold ThaiBev shares through a nominee, brokerage firm, bank, broker-dealer or other similar service provider as at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on May 16, 2016 may attend the meeting if they provide the confirmation letter referred to in the reservation form. In addition, shareholders who are unable to attend will not be permitted to appoint proxies to attend in their place.

Due to capacity constraints, seating will be limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Consequently, we highly recommend that you complete and submit the reservation form in accordance with the instructions below no later than 2.00 p.m. (Singapore Time) on May 16, 2016. Upon receipt of your reservation form, you will be provided with confirmation of your reservation via fax, email or post by May 16, 2016. ThaiBev reserves the right to make any decisions in relation to the Information Meeting.
