The Board of Directors of Thakral Corporation Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the following appointments to its Board Committees with effect from 12
May 2014:
1. Mr. Inderbethal Singh Thakral is appointed as a member of the Company's
Investment Committee; and
2. Mr. Bikramjit Singh Thakral is appointed as the alternate to Mr. Kartar Singh
Thakral on the Company's Nomination Committee and Investment Committee.
In consequence thereof, the composition of the affected Board Committees of the
Company will be as follows:-

Investment Committee

1. Mr. Natarajan Subramaniam - Chairman
2. Mr. Kartar Singh Thakral - Member
(Alternate: Mr. Bikramjit Singh Thakral)
3. Mr. Jaginder Singh Pasricha - Member
4. Mr. Inderbethal Singh Thakral - Member
