OAKLAND, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2014) - The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 74 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable Feb. 13, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 28, 2015.
