"There are many committed and visionary leaders in the social sector - many of whom have made great strides in solving important social challenges, despite insufficient resources and organizational capacity," said Jerry Sorkin, executive director, CEB. "Our goal is to help enable these non-profit leaders and their organizations to reach their full potential so they can have an even more material impact on social change in our communities."

CEB's Global Impact Goals for 2014 target three key areas:

-- Engage 1,000 Leaders - Through community partners and service
initiatives, CEB will engage more than 1,000 social sector leaders and
utilize the company's collective expertise to grow the management and
        organizational capacity of their organizations.
-- Deliver $2 Million in Value - CEB will deliver more than $2 million of
value and support to social sector organizations around the world via
pro-bono service, hands-on service and company programs and grants.
-- Provide 30,000 Volunteer Hours - Individual, team and firm-wide service
efforts in 2014 will strive to reach more than 30,000 volunteer hours to
benefit social sector organizations around the world.

The company's objective of an impactful global philanthropy program is directly reflected in its corporate mission and values. It's the 'Spirit of Generosity' that drives CEB's service to not only its members, but also to the communities in which it operates.

To date, CEB has provided over a million dollars in pro bono consulting services to its nonprofit partners. And, employees have dedicated a total of 32,000 community service hours for the last three consecutive years of the company's Global Impact Day.

CEB's talent management offerings equip corporate leaders to maximize talent investments by applying the same level of rigor and discipline to talent decisions as they do other corporate assets.
