The Board of the Manager announces that Completion of the Disposals had taken place on 31 July
2014.
Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 May 2014 of The Link REIT (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of the Manager announces that Completion of the Hing Tin Disposal, the Kwai Hing Disposal, the Tung Hei Disposal, and the Wah Kwai Disposal (collectively, the "Disposals") pursuant to the terms of the respective Accepted Tender Documents had taken place on 31 July 2014.
