Major Energy Becomes First-Ever Official Gas & Electric Energy Partner of the New York Knicks and
an Official Partner of Madison Square Garden

New York, NY (October 16, 2013) - The Madison Square Garden Company and Major Energy today announced a new, multi-year marketing partnership, naming the energy supply company the first-ever Official Gas and Electric Energy Partner of the New York Knicks and an Official Partner of Madison Square Garden. The agreement provides Major Energy with premier brand integration at The World's Most Famous Arena during Knicks games. Major Energy is an energy service company serving both residential and commercial customers in the deregulated natural gas and electric markets of New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Illinois.

As part of the marketing partnership, Major Energy will enjoy significant brand exposure at The Garden during all Knicks games. This will include courtside LED signage, the "Knicks Noise Meter Presented by Major Energy" feature on GardenVision, the center-hung scoreboard and integration on the IPTV system throughout the Arena for all Garden events. In addition, Major Energy will receive promotion on Knicks.com and MSG Network, the television home of the Knicks, as well as their branded webpage at Knicks.com/Major Energy.

Through the marketing partnership and Major Energy's 3-Point Plan, loyal customers will receive special offers, including Knicks branded merchandise, tickets to Knicks games and great energy rates for homes and businesses. Major Energy will also launch the new "Knicks Win At Home - You Win At Home" campaign, where Major Energy "3-Point Plan" customers will receive an exclusive discount on their highest energy bill of the year based on the Knicks 2013-14 regular season home win total.
