Agencies set to combine existing portfolios and specialisms to bolster sponsorship Agency

Mongoose Sports & Entertainment, part of The Mission Marketing Group plc (the mission), has acquired Generate Sponsorship to form one standalone Agency to be known collectively as Mongoose.

This enlarged Agency will combine Mongoose's existing brand activation approach with Generate's consulting, activation and sponsorship sales capabilities. This new combined offering will allow Mongoose to deliver complete end-to-end, creatively-led and commercially focused campaigns for both brands and rights holders.

Mongoose was launched in July 2015 by the missionas its first start-up and standalone sports and entertainment Agency, and to complement other capabilities within the mission Group.

Leveraging the Group's international network, Mongoose works with an impressive line-up of major national and international brands including Thomson Reuters, AJ Bell, Champagne Lanson, Erdinger and Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

Based in London but with global presence, Generate has a long track record of working with global brands and rights holders across sport, entertainment and CSR, and has an enviable portfolio of Clients including QBE Insurance, England Golf, Rugby Europe and Cirque du Soleil.

Chris O'Donoghue, Laura Pollard and Philippa Stewart from Mongoose will be joined by Rupert Pratt and Andy Muggleton to amplify the senior management team.
