"National CD rates were unchanged after St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank Governor James Bullard told Bloomberg News the central bank should consider delaying an end to its monthly bond purchases, which are due to expire in October," TheStreet's Antoine Gara reported. "Those comments indicate that the Fed continues to closely monitor economic data in the U.S. and globally, with any negative trends likely to push back the Fed's timing of interest rate increases."
