"CD rates showed no increase this week," said Scott Gamm, TheStreet Economics Reporter. "Investors have shifted focus from the Federal Reserve's looming rate hike to Greece's ongoing debt woes, sparking tremendous volatility throughout the markets. It remains unlikely that Greece will be able to make its $1.7 billion debt payment, which is due to the International Monetary Fund on Tuesday. Though investors are also watching Thursday's June jobs report, a key piece of economic data that tends to drive the Fed's rate hike decisions."
