APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

ThinkSmart Limited (ASX:TSM), is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Ferreira as Company Secretary.

Jan is a Chartered Management Accountant and Certified Practicing Accountant with over 18 years experience.  Prior to his appointment to this role, Jan was Chief Financial Officer of ThinkSmart's Australian business unit for 4 years.  Prior to joining ThinkSmart, he held a number of finance roles in the funds management and utilities sectors based in the UK and Australia after commencing his career with Ernst & Young.

As previously advised Neil Barker, Group CFO and Company Secretary, has retired after 6 years with ThinkSmart.  The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Neil for 6 outstanding years of service and wish him well in his retirement.
