New York- The Tax and Accounting business of Thomson Reutersannounced today that two of its solutions were named as finalists for 2014 SIIA Software CODiE Awards:ONESOURCE Return to Provision for Best Integration Solution, and Checkpoint Pocket Assistant for Best Consumer Mobile Application.

The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for 29 years. The awards have over 75 categories and are organized by industry focus in three tracks: Content, Education, and Software. The Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting solutions were nominated in the Software track. Winners will be announced during a special Awards dinner on May 21 in San Francisco during the industry's premier gathering of SaaS, BI, and Cloud providers, Maximize.

ONESOURCE Return to Provision allows clients to streamline the yearly true-up process by automating the manual comparison between return and provision data. Using web services, clients can produce audit-ready reports to validate differences between the estimate for income taxes provided in the financial statements and the actual income tax returns filed with taxing authorities.
