THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) today announced that its upcoming strategy game Company of Heroes® 2 has received critical acclaim coming out of E3 winning a number of awards.

Company of Heroes 2 impressed E3 judges and secured seven Best of E3 2012 wins thanks to its cutting edge Essence™ 3 Engine. Notable achievements include Best PC Game from G4 X-Play and Machinima as well as a number of Best Strategy Game plaudits from other outlets.

On top of the wins mentioned above Company of Heroes 2 was nominated for over 18 Best of E3 2012 awards including Best PC and Strategy game in the official Game Critics Awards and Best Overall Game for IGN.
