Norges Bank notified that on 1 April 2015, it held 1,065,605 shares, representing 2.95% of the current 36,094,349 outstanding ThromboGenics shares. Norges Bank is the central bank of Norway. All investments are executed by Norges Bank acting as principal and all holdings are registered in the name of Norges Bank.
