Through the Company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Chengdu Tianyin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., it is engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of patented biopharmaceutical medicines, branded generics, modernized traditional Chinese medicines and other pharmaceuticals in China. As of June 30, 2013, the Company is manufacturing a range of 58 products approved by the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), 24 of which are listed in the National Medical Reimbursement List (NMRL) and 10 are listed in the Essential Drug List (EDL) of the China. The Company's medicines are used in the therapeutic areas of internal medicines, gynecology, hepatology, otolaryngology, urology, neurology, dermatology, pediatrics, gastroenterology and orthopedics. The Company markets its products through regional distributors, as well as directly to the hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
