Tikehau Capital finances the acquisition of Ganni by L Catterton through a €33.6m Unitranche

Paris, le 11 janvier 2018 - Tikehau Capital announces the arrangement and full- subscription through its asset management branch Tikehau IM, of a €33.6m

Unitranche to support L Catterton in its acquisition of Ganni, one of Scandinavia's most successful and fastest growing advanced contemporary fashion brands.

Founded and headquartered in Copenhagen in 2000, Ganni is a premium fashion brand offering differentiated women's apparel. Ganni succeeded in establishing an international presence through its owned stores and more than 400 premium retailers in 20 countries including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the UK, Germany and the US.

L Catterton took a majority stake on Ganni alongside its current Management team and will bring its unparalleled expertise in brand building and its deep understanding of how a global fashion brand operates.
