DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the "Board") of Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held at 16:00 on Thursday, 26 May 2016 for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the announcement of the first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2016 for publication.
