1. TMK-ARTROM S.A. ('The Seller') reports conclusion on a sale agreement (' The Agreement') with PAO "TMK" ('The Buyer') a Russian Company, headquartered in Moscow, Str. Pokrovka, no 40, bld. 2a, Russian Federation ( The Seller and The Buyer together 'Parties'), company that has control over TMK-ARTROM S.A, agreement no. 461 dated 11.12.2017, in value of 239.164 euro, having as object the sale of round hot-rolled bars, agreement 461 being valid until 10.04.2018.

2. TMK- ARTROM S.A. ('The Buyer') reports conclusion of a purchase agreement no. 17-5021

ART dated 22.11.2017 with TMK EUROPE GmbH ('The Seller') a German company headquartered in Immermannstarsse 65 D-40210 Duseldorf, Germany ('The Seller and The Buyer together 'Parties'), company that is under common control with TMK-ARTROM S.A., in value of 657.923 euro + transportation costs, having as object the purchase of mandrels and rods bench, the validity of the agreement being until 22.11.2018.
