We, Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. are pleased to announce that Tokai Tokyo-Sumishin Wealth Partners & Consulting Co., Ltd., a member of the Tokai Tokyo financial group, changed its company name to Tokai Tokyo Wealth Consulting Co., Ltd. (herein after the "Company") and completed the relevant reorganization process. Our idea behind the change is to assemble at the Company the knowledge that is currently scattered around the group, and to further improve the Company's overall expertise. By implementing those measures, we aim to securely bolster the group's capability to meet the needs of clients that are getting ever more diversified and sophisticated.
The Company will provide sophisticated solutions and comprehensive consulting services not only to the customers of Tokai Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd., the group's core operating body, but also to the customers of JV securities firms that operate under cooperation with us as well as to those of other financial institutions that the group has business with.
Inheritance and real estate investment among others are the two most prominent areas that now gather increasingly strong attention from potential individual customers. We, therefore, consider both of those as strategic areas worthy of our intensive resource allocation and the subsequent organizational reform. As such, we set ourselves firmly ready to respond to all the varying needs of customers.
