Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings Announces the New Management Team of Tokai Tokyo Securities
Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. announces that the new management team of a subsidiary, Tokai Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "TTSC"), has been formed by the resolutions of TTSC's 10th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting. The new team appointment was approved as proposed by the Meeting of the Board of Directors of TTSC that was also held today. Details are as follows:
