Proposed Change of Directors
Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors held today decided to submit the proposal to the 106th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, requesting for the official approval therefrom. The proposal addresses the change as set out below regarding Directors, and the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting is scheduled to be held on June 28, 2018.
