January 19, 2017 Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Cooperation in Indonesia

Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.

Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd. (Managing Director: Nobuhisa Kobayashi, "TG Asia") signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Cooperation ("this MOU") in Indonesia with PT. MIURA INDONESIA (President Director: Takuya Sawada), today.

TG Asia and PT. MIURA INDONESIA have decided to sign this MOU in order to realize a strategic relationship in energy solution for industrial and commercial customers in Indonesia.

The two companies have built up a close relationship in steam business in Japan and are strengthening ties in Indonesia. We are now discussing on the specific framework.
