Toon Bouten, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Management Board at TOMORROW FOCUS AG, notified the company's Supervisory Board yesterday that he did not intend to extend his Management Board contract beyond 31 March 2016, when it is due to expire. The Supervisory Board regrets his decision and has taken note that he will no longer be available following the company's strategic realignment. The Supervisory Board of TOMORROW FOCUS AG will make a decision on his successor before the end of the year. The other Members of the Management Board, Dr Dirk Schmelzer and Christoph Schuh, will remain in their posts.

The Supervisory Board wishes to thank Toon Bouten for his role in bringing about TOMORROW FOCUS AG's highly successful strategic realignment. During his period as CEO, he helped to shift the main focus of the company's business towards digital transactions, predominantly in the travel sector. In doing so, he has made a major contribution to the future development of the company.
