This year's annual general meeting of the shareholders of TOMORROW FOCUS AG was held today at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich, Germany. In line with the pleasing record of high attendance in previous years, together the shareholders and shareholder representatives present accounted for around 83 percent of the company's share capital with voting rights. All the items on the agenda requiring approval were adopted by large majorities.

The shareholders present at the meeting elected Aliz Tepfenhart and Dr Thomas Döring to the company's Supervisory Board. The election was necessary to fill the Supervisory Board positions left vacant at the end of the annual general meeting following the decisions of Martin Weiß and Philipp Welte to step down. Aliz Tepfenhart is managing director of Burda Digital GmbH, which brings together Hubert Burda Media's digital companies and brands with a focus on B2C transactions. Dr Thomas Döring is a co-founder and managing partner of the venture capital firm Delaunay Capital.

Resolutions to approve the actions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board were passed by large majorities.

A resolution again authorising the company to purchase and use its own shares was approved by a majority of 99.56 percent. Under the terms of this resolution, TOMORROW FOCUS AG can, if necessary, purchase shares in the company with a total value of up to ten percent of its share capital at the time the resolution was adopted. A large majority of shareholders also approved a resolution renewing the company's authority to issue convertible bonds and/or warrants.

A detailed breakdown of today's voting results for each agenda item and a transcript of the presentation made to the shareholders at the general meeting can be found during the course of the evening at: AGM 2015 (in German language)
