Implementation of the Adopt Forest Nijozan - TonenGeneral Goodwill Forest Maintenance Program

TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; president: Jun Mutoh; "TonenGeneral" herein) implemented its Adopt Forest Nijozan - TonenGeneral Goodwill Forest Maintenance program on April 18.
The objective of the program is the conservation of forests that the owners are no longer able to maintain. TonenGeneral has carried out this initiative in wooded areas along the Nijozan hiking trail in Yamada, Taishi-cho since 2011. Participants in the April 18 effort, which included service station dealers (volunteers from the Osaka-Hyogo Young Management Kai*), numbered 51, the highest number ever
for this program.
The TonenGeneral Group believes that a company is one of the citizens that make up society, and we strive to be a good corporate citizen in all of the communities where we operate. Implementation of the Adopt Forest Nijozan - TonenGeneral Goodwill Forest Maintenance program is one of the Group's many social contribution activities.
