TOTALENERGIES SE The criteria used for the Cradle to CradleTM Silver certification recently obtained by SunPower for its French-manufactured solar panels are material health, material reutilization, renewable energy use, water stewardship and social fairness. Last year, our affiliate obtained the same certification for its solar panels manufactured in Mexico, making it the first and only company in the world to offer customers panels with this certification. Now 75% of the panels manufactured by the global No. 2 in solar carry this mark, acknowledged and rewarded by many international organizations. In practical terms, Cradle to CradleTM certifies that environmental excellence is at the heart of the entire production process, from design to manufacturing to product recycling.
