Board changes
Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz', or 'the Group'), a
pioneer in and provider of ultra-low power, high
performance wireless communications and healthcare
monitoring technologies and solutions, announces the
appointment of Anthony Sethill as Chief Executive Officer.
Following today's annual general meeting, Chris Toumazou
will become Executive Chairman and Sir Richard Sykes,
formerly Executive Chairman, will step down from the Board.
Anthony Sethill was a founder of Frontier Silicon Ltd, the
leading supplier of digital broadcast and network audio
products, in 2001 and was CEO until December 2011. He
successfully grew the business, establishing Frontier
Silicon as a strategic supplier of digital audio chips and
modules to global consumer electronic brands.
Prior to that, Anthony was Managing Director of Consumer &
Mobile Phone Products at Amstrad PLC, Sales and Marketing
Director at Samsung (UK) Ltd, and has also held positions
with ONDigital and Alba Group Plc.
Professor Chris Toumazou, Executive Chairman of Toumaz,
