Trace hold : “Trace Group Hold” PLC signed a cooperation agreement with Romanian company ENERGEX EXPERT SRL

On 19.09.2016 'Trace Group Hold' PLC signed a cooperation agreement with Romanian company ENERGEX EXPERT SRL.

The aim of the agreement is research and positioning of Trace on the Romanian construction market and sector by targeting implementation of public procurement projects, including such ones issued by European Union programmes and the international financial institutions, public-private partnership projects and performing of cross-border initiatives. Trace's interest covers activities related to construction, maintenance, reconstruction and rehabilitation of highways and roads, airports, railway infrastructure, underground construction, energy and environmental projects, also gas infrastructure development projects, renewable energy scopes, building construction and energy efficiency projects, etc.

Within the cooperation agreement, ENERGEX is committed to support the launch and business development of TRACE in Romania by providing strategic local and foreign partners.

This cooperation agreement is a result of a coherent policy guided on behalf of 'Trace Group Hold' PLC for entering foreign markets. Over the past three years the company has successfully developed its activities in the Republic of Serbia and the Czech Republic Two branches of the group were registered in Belgrade and Prague. Further Trace acquired two Serbian road construction companies - 'Trace PZP Nis' PLC and 'Trace PZP Vranje' Ltd., which rapidly expand their positions on the local market.
