Change of Auditor

Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.L) announces the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ('PwC')as the Company's auditor.

In accordance with UK market practice, the Audit Committee commenced a tender process earlier this year. The proposed change of auditor follows a recommendation by the Audit Committee to the Board.

A resolution to approve the appointment of PwC will be put to shareholders at the Company's next meeting of shareholders.

BDO LLP ('BDO') has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
