RELEASE SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA Medias informs the shareholders and investors that the meeting with the financial analysts, placement consultants, brokers and capital market investors, will be held on 21 November 2017 as scheduled under the Financial Communication Calendar with the Bucharest Stock Exchange for 2017.

The agenda of the meeting contemplates the presentation of the unaudited interim financial results for nine months ended as at 30.09.2017, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The meeting will consist of two sessions:

  • The Romanian language session - by direct participation. The meeting will be held between 12:00 a.m. -

    1.30 p.m., at Transgaz' office in Bucharest, 155 Calea Victoriei bvd., building D1, wing 8, floor 3, district 1;

  • The English language session - by call conference, between 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
