Transurban Group : Transurban Chief Executive Chris Lynch To Resign

Transurban Group (TCL.AU) said Monday that Chris Lynch has notified the toll road owner of his intention to stand down as its chief executive from July.
The company has identified a pool of potential internal replacements, but also has a well researched view of external possibilities, Chairman Lindsay Maxsted said in a statement.
After four years in the top job, Lynch said that Transurban is in excellent shape and that the time was right for him to leave.
