Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE:TRMR), a provider of software for video ad effectiveness, today announced that Jennifer Catto has joined as Chief Marketing Officer.

In this role she will oversee the Company’s global marketing, communications, and research initiatives. She will be based in the New York office and report to CEO Bill Day.

“Jen is an executive with extensive multi-platform experience and a respected industry leader with a strong vision for the future of our marketing efforts,” said Day. “Her deep understanding of both brand marketing and software-driven approaches brings valuable perspective to our global initiatives. Jennifer is an award-winning media executive with over 15 years of leadership experience at both emerging and established companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Evolve Media where she led marketing strategy, video production, and research and insights, across the company’s three publishing divisions, Crave Online, TotallyHer, and Martini Media. Prior to that she was Vice President, Head of Branded Entertainment and Partnerships at Say Media where she directed a new agency model that married programmatic capabilities with integrated marketing for the entertainment industry. Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as Creative Development Director at Condé Nast where she developed television, video, and digital advertising programs. She began her career as a founding member of Site59.com, which was acquired by Travelocity for its yield-management platform.

Jennifer is a graduate of Middlebury College.
