TRI Pointe Homes Colorado, a leader in the design, construction and sales of innovative single-family homes in Colorado, took home seven awards Saturday night at the Annual Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards held at The Denver Center for Performing Arts in Denver.
Five of the awards, including the categories 'Best Sales Experience', 'Best Outdoor Living', 'Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home-2,601 to 3,500 Sq. Ft.', 'Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home Over 3,500 Sq. Ft.' and the esteemed 'Design Series of the Year', went to TRI Pointe Homes' Encore Collection at Candelas. The Encore Collection is inspired by the 'life wide open' lifestyle of the award-winning community in Arvada, where TRI Pointe's impressive luxury new homes surround residents with over 100,000 acres of permanently preserved land. Other winners from the company included Tina Martelon for 'Sales Manager of the Year', and Greenhaus Advertising and Marketing Agency with TRI Pointe Homes for 'Best Brochure for a Builder'.
