LIVONIA, Mich., March 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE: TRW) announced today that it plans to release its first quarter 2013 financial results at 7:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on Tuesday, April 30th followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. During the call, John C. Plant, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, and Joseph S. Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's financial results and other related matters.

An audio replay of the conference call will be available approximately two hours after the conclusion of the call and will be accessible afterward for approximately two weeks.
