TT Hellenic Postbank S.A. : Initiation of Merger Process

TT Hellenic Postbank SA, formerly Greek Postal Savings Bank, is a Greece-based banking institution. The Bank is mainly active in the retail banking field and its services include various savings, current, time deposit and foreign currency accounts; mortgage, consumer and student loans; a range of credit and debit cards, and remittances and foreign exchange services. It is also active in the investment banking field through Hellenic Post Mutual Fund Management Company S.A., which offers bonds and mutual funds products. The Bank's network consists of a number of branches in different cities across Greece. TT Hellenic Postbank SA also offers its services through a number of branches of the Hellenic Post and through a network of automated teller machines (ATM). On November 30, 2011, the Company increased its stake in Post Bank Green Institute to 100%.
