TTS ASA : Winches contract to 11 Ultra Large Container Ships

TTS Group ASA has through its subsidiary TTS Marine GmbH in Bremen, Germany entered into a new contract for anchor and mooring winches to 11 Ultra Large Container Ships. The total order value is approx. MNOK 112.

The contract is with DSME (Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd) in South Korea, for the Danish company A.P. Møller - Maersk. Both companies know TTS well, after TTS Group already has delivered similar equipment between 2012 and 2014 to another 20 vessels built at same shipyard for same ship owner.

The winches will be manufactured at TTS' factory in Korea. The deliveries will take place within 2016 - 2017.
