Spain's CAM Sells 5.1% Of Tui For EUR6.05/Share
02/22/2012 | 03:02am Banco CAM, a struggling Spanish lender which was nationalized last summer, said Wednesday it has sold its 5.1% stake in German travel company Tui AG (TUI1.XE) for EUR77.55 million.
CAM said the shares were sold for EUR6.05 each in an accelerated book building process managed by French bank BNP Paribas.
