NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Tungsten Corporation plc will be held at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 8th Floor, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR, UK, on Monday 22 September 2014 at 14:00BST.
