Turboatom : 13 July 2017 At “Turboatom” opened reception room of Head of KhRSA

At PJSC 'Turboatom' arranged public reception room of Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration - Yuliya Svetlichna.

Public reception room of Governor of Kharkiv region is at the first manufacturing area in facility of Trade Union Committee (2nd floor). Reception hours of employees are every second Thursday from 16.00 to 18.00. Employees of PJSC 'Turboatom' have opportunity to make a request to reception room of Governor for assistance and to receive answers for minded issues during reception hours. In its turn management of plant undertakes cooperation with KhRSA on review PJSC 'Turboatom' employee`s requests and inform of applicants about results of such review.

Employees who through public reception room make requests to Head of KhRSA must provide following documents:

• application stating circumstances per se of request;
• copies of documents confirming circumstances stated in application (Reference about family composition, reference of profits of employee and his family members, medical report, certificate of person entitled to benefit, etc.);
• copies of passport and ID code.

Copies of documents must be confirmed by originals of documents.

Application of employee, in written form, must include family name, name, patronymic, place of living, occupation, phone number for communication and also matter of raised issue, signature and date.
