Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 02.02.2017
Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 22.08.2016 on the issuance of borrowing instruments, the Capital Market Instrument Note related to the public offering of İşbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 500 million and with a term of 116 days and discount bonds with a nominal value of TL 150 million and with a term of 368 days, which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.
The book building will be realized on 13-14-15 February 2017.
This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1
