Authorization of the Head Office In Order to Initiate the Negotiations for the Block Sale of Our Bank's Shares in İş Net Elektronik Bilgi Üretim Dağıtım Ticaret ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.
Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. dated 29.04.2016, the Head Office has been authorized to receive consultancy service from İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and to initiate the negotiations for the block sale of our Bank's shares in İş Net Elektronik Bilgi Üretim Dağıtım Ticaret ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., which represent 94,65% of total shares with a nominal value of 27.922.064,61 TL, with the investors that might be interested in the company.
