Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 22.08.2016 on the issuance of borrowing instruments, the Capital Market Instrument Note related to the public offering of İşbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 350 million and with a term of 165 days and discount bonds with a nominal value of TL 350 million and with a term of 368 days, which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto.
The book building will be realized on 6-7-8 March 2017.
